Graduate program | French market (Paris)
Job description
At Lexroom, we are developing the state-of-the-art in agentic legal research. When a user asks a question, the system breaks it down into precise sub-questions, then deploys specialized agents that explore codes, case law, doctrine, and European texts in parallel. Each document is analyzed in depth, implicit links between legal principles are identified, and everything is synthesized into a structured report where each statement is sourced. What used to take an entire team a week is now done during a coffee break.
Our mission: to make law faster, clearer, and more reliable, and to give lawyers and legal departments back the time to focus on what matters.
We are building the French sales team, and you will be one of its very first members.
Why join us
A product that delivers on its promises: the demo does the job. Your prospects see the difference in one session, not after six months of POC.
A market with high demand: all French firms are looking for an answer to AI, and the use cases are not yet stabilized.
A team that is being built: you join early and you influence how we sell.
A true sales school: a structured path, weekly coaching, and clear objectives at each stage.
Your responsibilities
To support our growth, we are launching a Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% most ambitious young talents.
This is not a classic junior position. It's an accelerated program, with structured rotations and a clear objective: to make you a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, with the support of the Lexroom Sales Academy.
You will go through four consecutive roles, each with its objectives, coaching, and KPIs:
3 to 6 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Qualify inbound leads.
Learn the basics of discovery, opportunity qualification, and handover to the AE.
6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative)
Learn to generate pipeline from scratch.
Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first contact, and appointment setting.
The tipping point
After your first nine months, depending on your performance, strengths, and acquired skills, you will join one of the following two paths:
6 months – AE Inbound
Manage inbound deals in our legal segment.
Lead discovery calls and demos, handle objections, and close your first clients.
Work hand-in-hand with senior AEs, the Sales Coach, and the Sales Director on ongoing deals and strategy.
6 months – AE Outbound
Take responsibility for a territory.
Drive outbound deals end-to-end, with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles.
Contribute to improving scripts, sequences, and playbooks based on your learnings.
Throughout the program, you will be trained and coached within the Lexroom Sales Academy, with structured modules on:
sales methodology (discovery, demo, negotiation, objection handling);
pipeline and territory management;
the use of AI in sales;
personal performance, mindset, and communication.
The best profiles will be fast-tracked to mid-market, enterprise, or managerial roles.
The profile we are looking for
Recent graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) with a genuine interest in B2B sales and tech/AI.
You have always been among the best in what you have done: studies, sports, projects, work.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Native French speaker (or C1+), fluent English (B2 minimum, to work with cross-functional teams).
Drive and resilience: ambitious goals motivate you and you are not afraid of rejection.
You learn quickly, you ask the challenging questions, and you actively seek feedback.
You want responsibilities early on, not just a "graduate program" line on your CV.
What we offer
€45,000 - €55,000 OTE, with an uncapped and accelerated variable component.
Equity: a stock option package.
3 days of in-person onboarding in Milan, fully covered.
Company health insurance (Alan): 60% employer contribution.
Meal vouchers (Swile): €12 per day (60% employer contribution).
Pass Navigo: 50% employer contribution.
Wellpass: sports & wellness subscription (co-financed by the employer).
Erasmus program: 1 week per year, flights and accommodation covered, to work from our offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Rome, Berlin, or Sofia.
Hybrid model: a mix of remote work and our Paris office.
The process
Talent Acquisition Interview: motivation and background.
Sales Interview: potential and commercial acumen.
Role-playing exercise: approach and resilience.
Final Interview: values and culture.
Offer.
At Lexroom, we are driven by strong ambitions and a demand for excellence. We are building something great, and it requires commitment, hard work, and a genuine desire to grow. If this challenge resonates with you, we would be delighted to receive your application.
