This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth for the Polymers business unit. The successful candidate will oversee all marketing functions, including market research, competitive analysis, brand management, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and event management. Key responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies for new polymer products, identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and collaborating with sales and product management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of the petrochemical and polymer markets, a proven track record in strategic marketing and business development, and exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
