Technical Sales Representative - DBN

A leading supplier of world-class equipment and technical solutions to the narrow web label and packaging industry across Southern Africa. We represent premium international brands including Nilpeter, ABG International, and Domino Printing Sciences. We are looking for a driven, technically minded sales professional who enjoys solving customer problems, building long-term relationships, and working in a fast-moving industrial environment. The Role You will be responsible for: Relationship Management with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention; Identification and development of new business opportunities through networking, market research, and targeted marketing campaigns; Building strong relationships with key decision-makers within the industry; Providing technical support and training to customers on our products and solutions; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and tactics; Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends. The Ideal Candidate Will have: A degree in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration; Proven track record of success in a similar role; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and numerical skills; Familiarity with the narrow web label and packaging industry; Experience working with international brands and companies.
