Senior Sales Manager – Luftwaffe (all genders)

At STARK, we develop autonomous defense technologies that protect democratic nations and the people who serve them.
To strengthen our Commercial Team, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager – Luftwaffe who will decisively shape our growth in the Air Systems sector. In this key role, you will build strategic relationships with military customers, authorities, and defense industry partners, contributing significantly to further expanding one of our most important business areas.

You will strategically develop our business in the Luftwaffe and Air Systems sectors. In doing so, you will build trusting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and guide complex defense projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing strategic customer relationships within the Luftwaffe and the Air Systems ecosystem.
- Identifying, developing, and successfully closing complex sales opportunities in the defense environment.
- Managing military procurement processes and managing relevant stakeholders.
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to translate customer requirements into commercial solutions.
- Representing STARK at customer appointments, demonstrations, and industry events.
- Developing long-term account strategies and responsibility for the entire sales cycle.
- Active contribution to shaping our Go-to-Market strategy for the Air Systems sector.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in B2B or Government Sales.
- Experience in selling complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent and structured way of working in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the defense or aviation industry.
- An existing network within the German Armed Forces, the Air Force, or NATO.
- Experience with Luftwaffe or Air Systems programs.
