Senior Field Operations Manager (m/f/d)

You are the face of RevOps in Go-to-Market.
Together with the responsible individuals from our new and existing customer segments, you will lead FTAPI to the next level of growth. The entire journey is consciously in one hand, yours.
This way, insights from acquisition and expansion will interlock instead of living in silos.

• You are the right-hand person to GTM leadership and act as a sparring partner for the individual managers of the segments

• You drive the annual planning cycle from capacity planning and territory alignment to quota setting and implementation in the teams, and keep it updated throughout the year

• You translate analyses into clear so-whats and decision-ready recommendations for the GTM leaders and implement them together with them

• You design the quarterly reviews with a focus on plan, pipeline, and performance, and derive course corrections from them

• You ensure stage discipline, pipeline hygiene, and clean forecast categories so that our management can rely on you blindly

• You stay close to Go-to-Market, combining insights from deal reviews, forecast calls, and team meetings with the numbers from Salesforce, Gong, and Metabase, and use them to make sustainable improvements

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a strategy consultancy with a B2B SaaS and GTM focus

• You have been responsible for or closely involved in annual planning: capacity planning, territory alignment, and quota setting, up to successful implementation in the teams

• VPs and Team Leads take you seriously as a sparring partner, and you represent your position at eye level, even without direct authority

• You translate complex analyses into messages that resonate within Go-to-Market

• You have built forecast processes and know how a commit is created that management trusts

• You are proficient in Salesforce and a BI tool like Metabase or Tableau

• You work with AI daily and build small automations yourself

• You are fluent in German and English (min. C1)

• A plus, not a must: own Go-to-Market experience in direct customer business or partnerships. Experience with Gong, Clay, Metabase, Snowflake
