Job description

Revenue Operations Associate

Full-time, Permanent · Berlin (HQ)

Your Mission

Energy costs in Europe are twice as high as in the US and China. At the same time, electricity demand is expected to double by 2050. Market price volatility and increasing complexity will remain. This puts the backbone of European industry under pressure – and companies need to act now.

trawa is developing the solution: the first integrated B2B energy platform that combines energy procurement, energy management, and the control of flexibilities in one product. Supply, Manage, Flex – combined. This integration enables savings of up to 30% on recurring electricity costs and simultaneously supports companies in transitioning to renewable energies.

We are Europe's fastest-growing B2B energy platform. We are currently active in Germany and Austria and plan to expand our activities to a third market in 2027. Our goal is pan-European scaling. We move fast – the market window is open, and we want to seize it.

About trawa

trawa is a scale-up based in Berlin with around 100 employees, about 30 of whom are in Product & Tech. To date, we have raised over €35 million, including a Series A funding round of €24 million in May 2025. Our investors include Balderton, Headline, Speedinvest, AENU, Magnetic, and Tiny VC. All three founders remain actively involved and are 100% committed to building the energy supply company of the future.

The Team

Our Revenue Operations team is a key growth driver for trawa's commercial success. It connects various teams, creates efficient processes, and empowers our sales team to reach its full potential. This creates a dynamic environment that enables sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Quotation Creation (Configure-Price-Quote): You are responsible for the quotation process and create customized energy concepts based on customer data – from tailor-made electricity supply offers to battery storage solutions for industry.

  • Deal Analysis and Pricing: You work closely with our Account Executives and Sales Management to holistically evaluate deals – identifying exceptions and specificities, highlighting them, and coordinating necessary approvals with the responsible contacts.

  • CRM & Deal Management: You are responsible for deal management in our CRM – including assigning deals to deal stages, correctly recording product categories and revenues.

  • Contract Management: You review contracts for our key clients and ensure that our contractual framework precisely matches their requirements.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: You support pipeline reviews, forecasts, and overall sales steering.

What You Bring

  • You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data. Anomalies don't escape you – you systematically investigate them and identify their causes.

  • You approach problems in a structured and curious manner. Even with an initially unclear question, you always find a good solution.

  • You communicate clearly and precisely in writing and enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders, as well as customers and sales partners.

  • You have a keen eye for detail. Whether it's a missing date or an inconsistent definition of a metric – you spot such discrepancies before they become problems.

  • Experience with a CRM system like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but not a requirement. The crucial factor is your willingness to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly.

Your Goals

After six weeks:

  • You have developed a solid understanding of our business model, our product, and the energy industry context.

  • You have met all key internal stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Product and understand how each team collaborates with Revenue Operations.

  • You have fully familiarized yourself with our CRM, CPQ, and reporting setup and can independently navigate deal data and pipeline views.

  • You have accompanied a complete deal cycle – from opportunity to signed customer contract – and understand our current deal desk process and have already identified initial areas for improvement.

After three months:

  • You manage our deal desk processes independently.

  • You have established yourself as a reliable point of contact within the company for questions regarding deals and quotation processes.

  • You continuously identify optimization potential in our processes and actively drive their further development.

What Helps You Succeed

  • You enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, understand their requirements, and support them with pragmatic, tailor-made solutions.

  • You communicate clearly, reliably, and at eye level.

  • You approach tasks with initiative and a clear goal orientation.

  • You think analytically and structurally: You like to break down complex processes into individual steps, identify optimization potential, and make decisions based on numbers and metrics.

  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not a must.
