We are combining regional craftsmanship and scalable software: we don't think of solar, storage, heat pumps, and e-mobility individually, but control them as an intelligent, integrated overall system in our virtual power plant. Directly connected to the electricity market – in real-time, fully automated. This way, energy is used when it is renewably available and particularly cheap. You will work directly with our Head of Partnerships and shape the development of our hardware and installer channel – one of the strategically most important growth channels for Heartbeat AI. From the very beginning, you will take responsibility for your own projects and gain deep insights into strategic partnerships, market analyses, and business development. Instead of just providing support, you can expect a challenging internship with a steep learning curve and real opportunities for shaping things.

Your tasks

• Conducting market, competitor, and partner analyses as a basis for strategic decisions
• Identifying and evaluating potential hardware manufacturers, installation partners, and other B2B cooperation partners
• Preparing, accompanying, and evaluating partner discussions and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Creating decision proposals, presentations, and management documents for the leadership team
• Independently taking on initial strategic and operational projects in the area of partnerships
• Supporting the development and further refinement of our hardware and installer partner program as well as the necessary processes and structures
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from Sales, Operations, and Product

• Current or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
• Analytical, structured way of thinking with the principle: Think first, then act – pragmatic rather than perfectionistic
• Strong initiative and willingness to take responsibility for demanding tasks early on
• Interest in technical products, complex interrelationships, and B2B business models.
• Ambitious personality with a high willingness to learn, yet down-to-earth and open to feedback
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convince diverse Gesprächspartner – from international industrial partners to craft businesses – on an equal footing
• Curiosity, openness, and the desire to continuously learn – because knowing what you don't yet know is a strength for you
• Motivation to lay the foundation for a long-term career at 1KOMMA5° through a challenging internship
• Ideally, you live in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich
