We are a successful real estate agency and are looking for a dedicated personality to combine marketing and executive assistance as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Your marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planning, implementation, and further development of our marketing activities
• Creation and preparation of content for our digital channels
• Creation of presentations, flyers, mailings, and other marketing materials
• Maintenance and further development of our website and digital content

Your responsibilities as Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the CEO in day-to-day operations
• Organization and coordination of appointments and meetings
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Support with organizational and administrative tasks

Qualifications

What you bring:

You don't have to have years of experience in exactly this combination yet.
Your personality, initiative, and demand for high-quality work are much more important to us:

• You have completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in marketing and/or executive assistance is an advantage.
• Confident and professional demeanor.
• Discretion and a trustworthy approach to sensitive information.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
