Job Description Key Account Manager Dairy and Food The role As our next Key Account Manager, you’ll step into an established portfolio (thanks to an internal promotion) and be the hunter who drives growth through solution selling. You’ll build strong partnerships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that help our customers meet their toughest challenges. What’s on offer Full-time, permanent role Based in Auckland (Mt Wellington) or Christchurch, with regular domestic travel requirements. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive growth and increase revenue • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through solution selling • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic account planning • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. What we’re looking for: • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the dairy or food industry • Proven track record of driving growth through solution selling • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
