Key Account Manager

Job Description PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Achieve consistent sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territories and key accounts by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, executing projects, and maintaining strong existing business relationships. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate the expansion of AbbVie’s product portfolio within designated accounts through effective sales and marketing strategies. Gather insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AbbVie’s products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to key decision-makers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence in target markets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or other collaborative arrangements. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to inform business decisions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to drive growth and expand the company’s presence in target markets.
