Role: EA & Admin Assistant Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-Site) Experience: 4–7 years in Corporate Administration / EA / Workplace Operations About NIRU Group Established in 1979, NIRU Group is building a new-age brand that brings together spirituality and fine craftsmanship. The Role We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant & Administration professional who will support leadership while also being responsible for administrative tasks such as calendar management, email management, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other general administrative duties. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and itineraries for multiple stakeholders. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with precision and attention to detail. • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required. • Ensure accurate and efficient management of expense reports, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and workflows. Requirements: • 4–7 years of experience in Corporate Administration / EA / Workplace Operations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is a plus.
