ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:
  • Manage the VP-India Center Head’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the VP-India Center Head and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.

Meeting Management:
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings, ensuring the VP-India Center Head is well-prepared.
  • Attend key meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Communication:
  • Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages, and respond on behalf of the VP-India Center Head when appropriate.
  • Draft and proofread communications, ensuring clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Project Coordination:
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, research assignments, and reports as assigned by the VP-India Center Head.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide status updates.

Travel Management:
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries, ensuring seamless and cost-effective arrangements.

Administrative Support:
  • Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.

Confidentiality and Discretion:
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the VP-India Center Head, maintaining confidentiality on all business and personal matters


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
