• Job Description

The professional will be responsible for the complete cycle of digital influencer partnership management, actively involved in identifying partners and monitoring performance campaigns.

Active Prospecting: Identification and outreach to influencers through Instagram and email marketing channels.

Relationship Management: Coordination of workflows and continuous support for partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Performance Management: Monitoring deliverables and ensuring the achievement of goals set per campaign.

• Candidate Profile

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Asset Requirement: Instagram profile with a minimum of 1,000 followers and availability to use the personal account as a professional tool within the scope of the role.

Profile: Organized professional, with ease of adaptation to flexible hours and availability to work according to Lisbon (Portugal) time zone.

• Value Proposition

Remuneration Structure: Monthly fixed salary of $200.00 plus $15.00 for each qualified lead generated.

Payment Conditions: Payments are made monthly, on the 15th, via Binance (USDT).

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | Time Zone: Lisbon (WET/WEST)
