The Restaurant Drei Stuben is a charming neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Zurich, combining traditional Swiss hospitality with a modern spirit. Our kitchen has been awarded 14 Gault-Millau points and stands for honest, seasonal dishes made from regional ingredients.

We serve lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, as well as a popular weekend brunch. In the summer months, our lush green garden terrace invites you to linger, and during the game season, Drei Stuben is one of Zurich's most sought-after addresses for lovers of fine game dishes.

• Graduation from a recognized hotel management school or comparable training is a plus.

• First leadership experience in managing teams of similar size
• Passion for gastronomy and the role of host/hostess
• Strong customer and sales orientation
• Organizational skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, good English skills; further languages are a plus
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS systems
• Numerical understanding and responsibility in administrative processes
• Interest in gastronomic developments: You know the scene locally, nationally, and internationally, follow trends, and help shape the operation to stay current – with a sense for relevance and style
