Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager based in Marseille, you will play a crucial role in Deliveroo's expansion in France. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will join an ambitious and determined team focused on accelerating our growth.

You will be responsible for the business development of a portfolio of cities located mainly in Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, and Vaucluse (including Marseille, La Ciotat, Toulon, and Avignon), with a regular presence on the ground to support Deliveroo's growth in your area.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Prospect and sign new restaurant partners (phone & field).

• Develop a portfolio of restaurants across several cities in your sector, primarily in Bouches-du-Rhône, Var, and Vaucluse.

• Generate a volume of daily calls to feed your sales pipeline.

• Be present on the ground to meet with restaurant owners in your sector.

• Present and sell the Deliveroo offering by using the internal sales script and adapting your pitch to each interlocutor.

• Manage commercial negotiations from start to finish and effectively close sales.

• Achieve your monthly targets and ensure rigorous follow-up in the CRM.

• Support partners after signing and regularly report your activity to your manager.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum or equivalent experience in sales.

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B.

• Comfortable with field prospecting and engaging with merchants.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.

• Interest in the restaurant and foodtech universe.

• Valid driver's license (Permis B) required.
