Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Business Development (Government Sector)

Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate the government sector. Identify and target potential government clients to expand the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector. Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with government agencies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects. Monitor government tenders and procurement opportunities, and provide recommendations for business development initiatives. Develop and manage budgets for business development activities. Provide regular updates on business development progress to senior management. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the government sector. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities. Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Identify and address potential risks and challenges associated with business development initiatives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the government sector, including its policies, procedures, and key decision-makers. Provide expert advice and guidance on business development strategies and tactics to senior management and other stakeholders.
