Your Mission

You will work closely with management and provide relief in day-to-day operations. Whether it's an Instagram post, LinkedIn content, workshop presentation, or graphic project. With your flair for design and structure, you will contribute to making gold&kind visible and strong.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• You will create and edit brand-compliant creatives such as carousels, Reels, and slides, ensuring that aesthetics and tonality meet our standards.
• You will continuously maintain and develop our design templates and brand standards.
• You will assist in selecting and editing image material for internal and external projects.
• You will manage our daily email inbox, coordinate project inquiries, and document approvals in a structured manner.
• You will support the organization and visual preparation of our workshops, ensuring that all materials are designed in corporate design and fully prepared.
• You will independently plan and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Communication skills: Clear, friendly, solution-oriented. Internally and towards our clients.
• Organizational talent: You structure and organize your projects and tasks independently and conscientiously.
• Ownership: Your tasks are your project. You think along, manage independently, and deliver reliably.

Your Background

• Ongoing studies in communication design, media design, marketing, or a comparable field
• Experience with Figma, Canva Pro, or Adobe programs (After Effects nice to have)
• Initial experience in social media management or content creation is an advantage
• Availability: Approx. 16–20 hours/week, flexibly scheduled
