Contegy is a boutique agency for B2B companies from the technology and industry field. From strategic positioning to the finished campaign - we work for startups and hidden champions with products that require explanation.

We are looking for an immediate start for approximately 15 hours per week a student (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

At Contegy, every day is different, so your tasks will also be diverse:

• You create layouts and templates for whitepapers, websites, presentations, social media etc.
• You conceptualize and create content like visualizations, short videos etc.
• You work in cross-functional teams on various projects and support the preparation of overarching meetings.
• You communicate with external service providers and suppliers.
• You research for us and our customers on different topics, create analyses and provide the results visually appealing.
• You maintain and update our databases reliably.
• You support the team in administrative tasks and step in where needed.

Qualifikation

• You are a student:in in Germany enrolled, preferably in the field of media design, communication design, media gestaltung etc.
• You are confident in handling common office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.).
• You are creative and have an interest in working on exciting customer campaigns, but you can also adapt to the style of a particular brand.
• You are not afraid of complex B2B topics and want to know how to turn them into true stories.
• You possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form in German and English.
• You think structured and analytically, have fun with operational implementation and a conceptual understanding of aesthetics.
• You are eager to work entrepreneurially in a startup environment and small team, taking on responsibility quickly - always with the highest quality standards, absolutely reliable and meticulous.
