Working Student Digitalization HRMS (m/f/d)

About the Position

For our administration in Dortmund (Technology Center), we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the digitalization of personnel files as well as for checking and maintaining employee data. In this role, you will work with the HR team and take an important step in digitalization with us. In addition to this project task, you can support the specialist processes of personnel administration.
The position is for 20 hours per week and can be filled immediately for the winter semester.

The Tasks

• Support of the HR department through digitalization of personnel files (scanning, file management, completeness check)
• Processing of document archives, including checking and maintaining master data
• Support of personnel administration in daily business

The Key Skills

• Current (vocational) university degree, preferably with a focus on "Human Resources" (Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, or similar)
• Affinity for human resources and handling sensitive data
