About the position
The Supply Chain Administration position provides administrative and operational support to warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures, as well as safety, quality, and food safety standards.
The position supports the processes of receiving and dispatching materials, staging, inventory control, and documentation management, functioning as a key link between suppliers, warehouse operations, and the quality and laboratory teams.
Main activities
- Verify that suppliers comply with receiving and quality requirements according to established policies.
- Inform the Quality/Laboratory area of the arrival of raw materials and ensure the correct delivery of Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Validate the staging of each Purchase Order (PO) to guarantee the timely availability of materials for production.
- Participate in physical and cycle counts, supporting the generation of information and validation of differences along with the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Assistant.
- Manage the filing and documentary control, ensuring that each invoice has the required checklists and is organized by month and year.
- Support and accompany operational personnel for the correct fulfillment of logistics activities: POs, inbound, outbound, and storage.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations, procedures, and policies, including:
- Internal Labor Regulations
- General Safety and Hygiene Regulations
- Environmental Safety and Protection Procedures
- Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000)
- Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
Requirements (simplified version)
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative area (desirable)
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
- Orderliness, attention to detail, and willingness for operational and administrative activities
- Experience or interest in the food industry (desirable)
