Job description The position of Commission Salesperson is responsible for selling industrial cleaning products to institutional clients such as hospitals, schools, and government agencies. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate the market; • Building relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction; • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers; • Negotiating prices and terms of sale with customers; • Maintaining accurate records of sales, expenses, and commissions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial cleaning sector; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; • Valid driver's license.
