Minimum education: High school diploma completed and verifiable. Desirable experience: Field sales (door-to-door), financial sector, insurance, Afores, or payroll credit placement for pensioners, especially the IMSS sector, agreements. Work modality: 100% Field and active prospecting. Location: Reside in Monterrey or its metropolitan area. Skills: Negotiation, self-motivation, excellent communication, and results-oriented.
Main Activities:
Prospecting clients in the field and door-to-door, mainly focused on pensioners, retirees, and active IMSS workers. Personalized advice on the benefits of IMSS Credit (preferential rates, terms up to 60 months, and amounts up to 650,000 MXN). Placement of portfolio purchase and renewal strategies to improve clients' financial conditions. Follow-up and digital submission of procedures through the Inbursa Digital Quoter (use of digital tools).
