In this key customer management role, you will be assisting our valued plumbers and builders in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as providing exceptional customer service to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
