Territory Manager - Southern Africa Key Responsibilities Lead execution of territory-specific sales and marketing strategies aligned with The Company's objectives. Own P&L management across all stores in the region, identifying revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities. Analyse sales performance, labour efficiency, and operational dashboards to identify trends and activate improvements. Deliver insightful reporting to stakeholders, translating metrics into clear action plans. Execute store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members. Ensure effective inventory management and supply chain logistics. Monitor and report on territory-specific KPIs. Execute territory-specific marketing initiatives. Analyse market trends and competitor activity. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the territory.
