The Cargus team is growing! We are looking for colleagues for the Telesales department.

The position is remote for candidates from the country, and hybrid for candidates from Bucharest, with the location being in Magurele/ Ilfov.

RESPONSABILITIES:

To present and promote services by phone through the realization of offers for potential and existing clients.
To negotiate and renegotiate contract signings with clients based on internal standards and pursuing the fulfillment of both departmental and company objectives.
To ensure good management of relationships with pre-sale clients.
To ensure the attainment of new business budgets for allocated portfolios, contributing to departmental objectives.
To prospect permanently in the market to identify new clients
To identify client needs and offer the best offer dimensioned correctly based on the volume of shipments
To provide consultation and feedback to clients regarding sent offers.
To plan sales activities efficiently, for better use of time and resources;
To introduce all activities in CRM;
To analyze and constantly update performance reports belonging to the territory
To respond to the good functioning of the sales process at the department level from which it is part
To respond to promoting the company's image in relationships with clients
To respond to confidentiality of data to which access is granted
