Technical Tender Coordinator – Building Sector

STAFF S.p.A. - Agency for Labour - Atessa Branch, Authorized by Ministry of Labour Prot. 11781 - selects a candidate to work for a client company operating in Atessa (CH) as a: Technical Tender Coordinator – Building Sector The resource will be inserted into the Tender Office/Appointments and will be responsible for coordinating and managing technical-administrative activities related to participating in tender procedures, with particular attention to feasibility analysis, technical-economic offer preparation, and market monitoring. Main responsibilities: - Technical and administrative coordination of tenders, including feasibility analysis and techno-economic evaluation; - Preparation of engineering offers and definition of economic offers, including cost analysis and bid index; - Post-award contractual review in collaboration with the Legal Office; - Management of strategic partnerships with companies and design studios; - Monitoring and updating of company requirements, including SOA and certified references; - Support to the Direction in project planning and site management; - Analysis of tender documentation (bids, disciplinary measures, specifications, contracts) and definition of a timeline; - Scouting for tenders and complete management of procurement procedures, with constant normative updates. Required qualifications: - Geometra diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; - Previous experience in the role; - Preferable knowledge of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015; - Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and analytical abilities; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; - Preferable residence in the area.
