Team Lead Performance Marketing (m/f/d) - Software Startup

To further drive this growth, we are looking for a Marketing Team Lead who will be responsible for MQL generation across all marketing channels and elevate our marketing team to the next level as a Team Lead. You will take over pipeline building in MRR€ and drive our new customer growth through Performance Marketing, Webinars, Organic Content, and Events.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of our marketing team (currently 2 FTEs).
• Performance Marketing: You will be responsible for building Performance Marketing (Paid Marketing, including Meta Ads & Google Ads) to increase our MQLs.
• Webinar Responsibility: You will build and expand our webinar pipeline and ensure it measurably contributes to revenue growth.
• Driving Organic Content & Growth: You will be responsible for SEO and AI SEO and strategically expand our organic content channel.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Your background is clearly in Performance Marketing; you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• You have B2B marketing experience, ideally from the software/SaaS sector.
• You speak German at a native level and English at a C1 level.
