Team Coordinator HR & Finance (m/f/d)

For our locations in Maxvorstadt, Glockenbachviertel, and Bogenhausen, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable person for part-time employment. The working hours are 15 to 20 hours per week. The place of work is at Gärtnerplatz. We offer an attractive position with flexible working hours. Responsibilities

• Accounting, dunning, debtor administration
• Time tracking
• Filing of documents with DATEV
• File management
• Reordering of consumables
• Participation in the further development of the practice and process optimization
• Reviewing and creating practice sheets related to your tasks
• Tasks in our back office

Qualifications

• Completed business studies (BWL) or completed commercial apprenticeship (as accountant, tax assistant, bank clerk, or comparable qualification), business psychology
• several years of experience in the finance sector
• Professional experience in daily practice is desired but not mandatory
• Confident and routine use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is a prerequisite, preferably beyond normal knowledge
• Fluent German spoken and written and knowledge of English
