Operations Supervisor

Responsible for leading the warehouse area in compliance with organizational objectives and those agreed upon with the client, ensuring the management and application of operational processes. Facilitates the identification of needs and continuous improvement that contribute to an environment of operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all physical movements (receipts, shipments, returns, transfers, etc.) are correctly reflected in the system.
• Respond to and follow up on operational problems that affect customer service.
• Work together with the Warehouse Manager to define operation requirements and ensure the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Follow up on monthly metrics (Dashboard), generate operational reports, and participate in client results meetings.
• Generate reports for the client's billing process.
• Coordinate action plans with the client to resolve operational issues that prevent providing an optimal level of customer service.
• Follow up on assigned personnel regarding issues of lateness, absences, vacations, and generated overtime.

Requirements:

• Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
• At least five years of experience in supervisory positions within distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of inbound, outbound, and picking processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
• WMS or ERP management is desirable.
• Intermediate English is desirable.
