Street Dance Afterschool Club Teacher – £35 per hour – London, Brent area NW2

Location: Primary school in Brent, London (NW2)

Schedule: Every Wednesday, 3:15–4:15 PM, from 24th September to 17th December

Age Group: KS2 pupils (ages 8–11)

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Street Dance teacher to lead our Street Dance Afterschool Club. The club encourages children to explore rhythm, movement, and creativity while learning fun dance routines in a supportive environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children, has a passion for dance, and can create a fun, engaging space where kids can build confidence through movement.

Plan and deliver weekly 1-hour Street Dance sessions for children aged 8–11.

Use fun and interactive methods (warm-ups, freestyle, choreography, games) to engage pupils.

Encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence in performance.

Ensure sessions are inclusive and accessible for all ability levels.

Communicate with school staff and follow safeguarding procedures.

Strong background in Street Dance (teaching or professional experience).

Experience working with primary-aged children (formal or informal).

Ability to lead and motivate a group in a fun yet structured way.

Reliable, enthusiastic, and punctual.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Right to work in the UK is required.

Day/Time: Wednesdays, 3:15–4:15 PM

Pay: £35 per hour
