Our Strategy division assists executives and investors in resolving complex issues. Its added value lies in proposing realistic and quantified solutions, by combining strategic and operational approaches. To support its strong growth, we are currently looking for Senior Consultants (3 to 5 years of professional experience excluding internships). The Strategy division currently has over 150 employees in Europe, coming from consulting firms or companies.

By joining us, you will primarily be involved in the following types of engagements:

'Deal Strategy & Execution' : In the context of a transaction, whether in preparation ('pre-deal') or execution ('post-deal'), you will support both sellers and buyers throughout the entire process.

In deal preparation:

• Definition of the Equity Story (rationale for the operation and development strategy)

• Conducting strategic, commercial, operational, and ESG due diligence

• Evaluation of potential synergies from a merger

• Carve-out plan

During deal execution:

• Preparation of Post-Merger Integration ('PMI') plans and definition of the strategy and actions required to ensure business continuity ('Day 1 readiness')

• Implementation of synergy plans

• Management and performance steering

'Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation' : You will participate in the construction and implementation of strategic plans and transformation programs, including:

• Construction of strategic plans: transformation plan, value creation plan, strategic repositioning, definition of innovative solutions and offerings

• Design of commercial excellence and revenue development programs, new business models, marketing plans, sales performance plans, and customer relationship improvement

• Definition of new business models and innovation, marketing plans, sales performance plans, and customer relationship improvement

• Design of operational excellence projects for performance improvement (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.)

• Design of digital or technological transformation programs

• Implementation of Business Plan roadmaps

• Support for companies in their challenges related to ESG issues

'Turnaround & Operational Restructuring' : In contexts of underperformance or crisis, you will participate in the construction and implementation of turnaround plans, including:

• Construction and implementation of turnaround plans, including, if necessary, the rationalization of industrial footprint and distribution networks, redesign of the organization, and optimization of Working Capital Requirements

• Establishment and steering of dedicated units ('CRO Office'), including the construction of strategic plans in underperformance contexts,

• Taking charge of deficit subsidiaries or activities

As a Senior Consultant, you will be the point of reference for one or more workstreams in your assignments. You will be entrusted with the responsibility for the progress of analyses and reports. You will be in direct contact with your clients during workshops and steering committees. Your role will also include supporting the teams with whom you will be involved.

We are looking for candidates with higher education (Master's degree – engineering school or business school), who have acquired 3 to 5 years of experience in one of the following areas:

• Experience in strategy consulting or within a corporate strategy team

• Experience in consulting during which they have developed solid operational skills (Supply Chain, purchasing, industrial controlling, Manufacturing, logistics, commercial excellence) with an appetite for analyzing financial impacts

• Operational experience in a company recognized for its excellence in operational and/or financial fields

You possess recognized relational and analytical qualities. Curious and dynamic, you demonstrate teamwork skills and you are fluent in English for your assignments (proficiency in a second foreign language would be a plus). You are motivated by the challenge of working in contexts with high strategic stakes, marked by market or turnaround issues, as well as by broadening your skills in financial and operational dimensions.
