Strategic Partnerships Lead – Workplace Learning

The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is seeking a Senior Executive in its Industry-Based Training Division to build and sustain strong industry partnerships for workplace learning, training, and workforce development. You will identify partners, analyse training needs, and develop opportunities with participating companies to support trainees. The role requires collaboration across internal teams, insights on industry trends, and strong project management skills to drive successful J-1880 initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships that align with the Institute's goals and objectives, as well as providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, training providers, and other relevant organizations; • Conducting needs assessments and identifying opportunities for workplace learning, training, and workforce development; • Developing and implementing strategic partnerships that align with the Institute's goals and objectives; • Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on matters related to workplace learning, training, and workforce development; • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement initiatives that support trainees and industry partners; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic partnerships and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education and training sector, as well as experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and a master's degree or higher is preferred.
