Strategic Growth & Insights Consultant

Job Purpose Strategy Consultant is a member of the Strategy Function which is organised as a shared capability to support the entire Hollard Group and partnership businesses. The Strategy Function Is Responsible For providing the Group with market intelligence, strategic insights and corporate performance measures facilitating and aligning strategy formulation and execution across the Group incubating new business opportunities This role will report to the Group Head of Strategy, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and profitability within the Hollard Group. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Hollard Group's businesses, markets, customers and competitors. • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. • Collaborating with stakeholders across the Group to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability. • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and incubating them through the development of business cases and proposals. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers and partners. • Providing market intelligence and competitive analysis to support strategy formulation and execution. • Facilitating and aligning strategy formulation and execution across the Group. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with new business opportunities. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Hollard Group's values, culture and operating model. • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to support the development of the Hollard Group's overall strategy. • Collaborating with other functions within the Strategy Function to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability. Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics or finance. • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic planning or consulting role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management and planning. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
