Internship - Commercial Development and Hospital Performance (m/f/d) - January 2027

Your missions

Within the Hospital team, you will join a dynamic team that contributes to the development of Doctolib's business with healthcare facilities.

• You will participate in identifying and prospecting new establishments, as well as developing new opportunities with existing client establishments, particularly around new Doctolib solutions and features.
• You will also contribute to performance monitoring and supporting establishments in optimizing their usage to improve their operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. 

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in identifying and prospecting new hospital establishments in conjunction with sales teams
• Contribute to developing new opportunities with existing client establishments, particularly around new Doctolib solutions and features
• Support strategic account managers in managing the portfolio of hospital establishments
• Prepare commercial appointments with major hospital accounts by consolidating key information about the accounts, their challenges, and their performance indicators
• Analyze key performance indicators of hospital establishments and follow up on adapted action plans to improve their results

• Are a Master's student in a business school and have an interest in the healthcare sector
• Have an interest in commercial development, prospecting, and customer relations
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can adapt your communication to different interlocutors
• Demonstrate project management skills and are organized and rigorous in following action plans
• Master Google Sheets and Excel tools and are results-oriented

It would be fantastic if:

• You have previous experience in commercial development, Customer Success, or account management
• You are familiar with the hospital ecosystem and its specific challenges

The recruitment process

• An HR interview with Flore, Talent Partner (15 minutes) 
• An operational interview with a Senior from the team and your future manager to discuss your motivations and discover the team (1 hour)

• Compensation: Depending on level of studies
