Senior Talent Partner (m/f/d)

Location: Remote in Germany

Your start at pplwise

In your first two weeks, you will speak daily with your manager and team members to quickly gain confidence in working independently according to pplwise principles, frameworks, and methods, while getting to know everyone. Your onboarding will typically take place partly internally and partly at a client where you will be deployed.

After the first two weeks with our client, you will have developed a solid understanding of their vision, strategy, and culture, as well as a deep understanding of the departmental goals and roles you will be working on. You will also have built relationships with the hiring managers and team members and have performed a delivery forecast in line with the pplwise method.

After completing the two weeks, you will begin to take on your roles, build pipelines, and proactively report insights to key stakeholders to identify and anticipate bottlenecks.

The Challenge

• Independently and responsibly support startups, scale-ups, and publicly traded growth companies in achieving their recruitment goals.

• Proactively and excellently manage stakeholders to fulfill our role as strategic partners by identifying bottlenecks and solving them through communication and critical thinking.

• Develop and implement recruitment forecasts and select appropriate channels and strategies with a solid understanding of urgency and backward planning.

• Leverage recruitment systems to your advantage by gaining insights from the collected data before and during recruitment.

• Manage tech roles from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on an excellent candidate experience.

• Collaborate with the team by providing or receiving support for sourcing or delivery bottlenecks.

Your Profile

• You have experience in supporting scaling processes in various tech startups and/or scale-ups; additional agency experience is a plus.

• You understand the structure and challenges of tech organizations in different growth phases and can support hiring managers in defining roles.

• You make decisions based on data and facts.

• Stakeholder satisfaction is your top priority.

• You are ambitious and collaborative – qualities that are fundamental to our culture.

• Very good English skills for internal communication and international clients.

• Fluent German skills.
