What tasks await you in this position?
- Creating and controlling open tenders
- Creating/supervising and maintaining supplier catalogs based on the demand of a given country
- Contacting suppliers to create new catalogs after completing a contract
- Reporting changes
- Supporting the P2P department within the framework of managing the email box of the procurement department with inquiries from interested parties, processing and resolving problems related to orders and invoices
- Managing the supplier database and documentation
