• Representing the Head Chef in their absence
• Assisting with the coordination of the entire planning and organization of the hotel kitchen
• Training and onboarding new employees
• Independent management of respective stations
• Quality assurance and control of work processes
• Control of goods ordering and storage
• Assisting with inventories
• Creative co-design of the menus
• Adherence to and control of hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines

• Leadership personality
• Several years of professional experience in similar positions, preferably in upscale gastronomy
• High team spirit, independence, and commitment
• Positive and engaging demeanor
• Resilient, stress-resistant, and flexible
• Well-groomed appearance
• Love for detail and cleanliness in the workplace
• Language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
