Sourcing & NPD Specialist

Agritalia Spa, a leading company in the trade of agri-food products abroad, is seeking, for its Naples office, a resource to operate as Sourcing & NPD Specialist to be included in the team dedicated to the development of the product portfolio for foreign markets.

The resource, under the coordination of the Function Manager and in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations areas, will support the development and updating of the company's product portfolio.

In particular, they will be responsible for:

• Operational scouting of new products and suppliers, with collection and analysis of information on technical characteristics, quality, costs, and timelines.
• Support in evaluating the technical-commercial feasibility of new projects and customer requests.
• Support in managing commercial negotiations with suppliers (prices, conditions, MOQ, MPR, lead time, samples).
• Contribution to defining product technical specifications (packaging, formats, specifications).
• Collaboration with the Quality area in activities of documentary verification, panel tests, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring of development timelines and progress of pre-business award projects.
• Participation in industry trade fairs, in Italy and abroad, for supplier scouting activities and customer support, in support of commercial activities.
• Participation in visits to production facilities of active and potential suppliers, in Italy and abroad.
• Participation in customer visits in support of the commercial area for the presentation of new products.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Languages, or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (advanced level).
• Previous experience of 3-4 years in purchasing support roles or product portfolio development (preferably in the Food & Beverage/GDO sector).
• Ability to work effectively in teams and in cross-functional contexts.
