The position is therefore to be filled for this partner company and not for ConformIT Solutions.

As part of its development, this company is looking for a freelance Instagram Setter to strengthen its sales team and develop its appointment setting via Instagram.

The objective: to interact with prospects on Instagram, qualify them, and book qualified appointments for video closing calls.

Setting is done only via DM from the partner company's professional Instagram account. It is never requested to use one's personal account.

🎯 Your missions

• Contact new targeted people via Instagram

• Approximately 20 new DMs/hour, or 120 new DMs/day

• Respond to people who spontaneously send DMs

• Create a real conversation and identify their issues

• Qualify prospects according to the provided script

• Carry out necessary follow-ups

• Identify people genuinely likely to be coached

• Propose and book appointments for closing calls

• Ensure prospect follow-up

• Monitor daily statistics and results

⏰ Organization

• Monday to Friday

• Approximately 6 hours/day

• Daily check-in at 8 AM, Paris time, for about 15–20 minutes

• Saturday is possible but optional

• 100% remote work

• Position designed for a medium/long-term collaboration

An initial training as well as the necessary tools and support are provided.

💰 Compensation

Performance-based compensation:

€500 per closing from a booked appointment

Objective: 10 clients per month

➡️ Potential compensation: €2,000 to €5,000+/month depending on performance

This is a freelance collaboration: no minimum guaranteed compensation.

📊 Objectives

The work objective includes:

120 new DMs/day
→ approximately 600 new DMs/week

With a conversion objective of approximately:

4% DM → appointment
20% appointment → client

The commercial objective is to achieve 10 reserved spots in 2 to 3 weeks.

👤 Profile sought

I am looking for someone:

• Comfortable in writing and with human interaction

• Who knows how to create a natural conversation without giving the impression of reciting a script (emotional intelligence)

• Organized and autonomous

• Serious and consistent

• Comfortable with numerical objectives

• Capable of following up without being pushy

• Who knows how to listen and identify a real need

• Available during the defined hours

No specific experience in setting is necessarily required, as training is provided.

However, previous experience in sales, customer relations, prospecting, or communication is a plus.
