In the Swiss Seeland, nestled amidst vineyards with a view of Lake Biel, lies the restaurant Aux Trois Amis. Since the summer of 2016, we have been delighting our guests with a wide range of regional and international cuisine, from sophisticated six-course menus to an à la carte selection with that special Aux Trois Amis touch. Awarded one star in the Guide Michelin, 16 points in Gault Millau, and as a member of Jeune Restaurateurs, we remain down-to-earth, uncomplicated, and dynamic.

WHAT WE OFFER:

In return for professionalism, passion, perseverance, and commitment, we offer a regulated 5-day week (Wednesday – Sunday) with an L-GAV contract. Furthermore, eight weeks of paid company holidays are part of the employment contract, because we know that work at the highest level can only be achieved with breaks. You will work in a young, ambitious team that constantly strives for improvement despite its awards. In this regard, opportunities for further training are also open to you, for example, qualification as a Head Chef with a federal certificate of competence or Sommelier.
