Senior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

You don't just want to manage supply chains, but truly shape them? At Rosental Organics, you will take full ownership of our international procurement from packaging materials to product components and build the processes that support our growth.

• You ensure the permanent availability of all packaging materials and product components. You prevent bottlenecks before they arise.

• You maintain a stable inventory level of 1-6 months for all relevant products and continuously adjust it to the forecast.

• You actively negotiate with Chinese suppliers and sustainably reduce COGS through strong conditions and strategic partnerships.

• You build robust processes for collaboration with international suppliers, including complete compliance documentation and clear communication channels.

• You develop and maintain clear SOPs and ensure smooth collaboration with all internal interfaces.

• You have proven experience in negotiating with Chinese suppliers. You know the levers and get the best out of them for the company.

• You bring intercultural competence in the China context and know how communication works there (and use it as an advantage).

• You create stable, data-based forecasts and inventory plans, ideally with experience in common ERP or planning tools.

• You keep an overview of inventories, delivery dates and production plans, even when many variables are in motion simultaneously.

• You think in processes: You recognize what is running inefficiently, design better workflows, and bring others along on the journey.

• You communicate fluently in English and German. Chinese is a clear plus.
