Senior Solutions Engineer

Introduction The Solutions Engineering team serves as the primary technical resource and internal advocate for all Customers at HashiCorp. Through consultative engagement, we identify customers' challenges, business requirements, establish technical maturity roadmap and leverage our product expertise to propose solutions that meet their needs. As trusted technical advisors, we work closely with our Customers to help them achieve their target outcomes and realize the full value of the HashiCorp products. Our team is responsible for providing technical guidance, architecture design, and implementation support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of HashiCorp's products. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to develop go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and customer success plans. We also work closely with our Customers to identify and prioritize their technical requirements, develop solutions that meet those needs, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of HashiCorp's products. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of these engagements, working closely with customers to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and providing strategic guidance on how HashiCorp's products can help achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in your area of expertise, and applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the Solutions Engineering team.
