Job Description The Raffles Butler is at the center of the Raffles Hotel Singapore residents’ service experience. This position encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities from pre-arrival, arrival, in-house and departure arrangements. The Butler will strive to listen attentively, observe the little details, and personalise interactions with the aim to anticipate and be intuitive of residents’ needs and wants. An ambassador of the hotel, well-rounded in all areas of the hotel, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, Fitness Centre, Pool and Recreation facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional service to residents, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. • Coordinating and executing personalized arrangements for special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings. • Maintaining accurate records of resident preferences, special requests, and any specific needs or requirements. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolving any issues that may arise. • Developing strong relationships with residents through attentive listening, personalized interactions, and intuitive anticipation of their needs. • Participating in hotel-wide initiatives and projects to continuously improve the overall guest experience. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
