In this role, you will be responsible for managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial, to ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive product plans, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. • Collaborate with R&D to develop innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Work closely with Manufacturing to ensure timely and cost-effective production of products. • Partner with Commercial teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies for new products. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. • Develop and manage budgets for product development and launch activities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
