Your Mission

• You will actively expand our partnership ecosystem and strategically identify relevant partners, instead of just managing incoming inquiries.
• You will be responsible for our central partner channels end-to-end – from HERO Business Partners and Brand Partnerships to Reference Partners.
• You will develop scalable partnership formats, such as co-events, trade fair cooperations, and other activation formats.
• You will structure qualify new inquiries, prioritize clearly, and specifically develop existing partnerships further.
• You will represent HERO at trade fairs, events, and in relevant networks, actively build new contacts, and develop strong partnerships from them.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders and the events environment to define suitable formats, partner constellations, and activations.
• You will measure the success of your partnership formats based on leads, reach, and ROI, and derive concrete recommendations for further expansion from this.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in building and further developing partnerships, cooperations, or strategic business relationships.
• You work in a structured, self-directed manner and can reliably prioritize between opportunities, ongoing initiatives, and long-term potential.
• You are comfortable actively approaching external partners and convince with a confident, binding demeanor.
• You approach people openly, move confidently in networking and event contexts, and build reliable relationships with relevant partners.
• You think strategically, but also enjoy implementing operationally and driving topics forward independently.
• You can not only initiate partnerships but also translate them into scalable formats and robust processes.
• You have a good sense for brand, messaging, and clean execution at all touchpoints with external partners.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally with teams from marketing, sales, product, and other stakeholders.
• You think data-driven and can clearly and understandably present results, potentials, and recommendations.
• You are willing to travel to build and deepen partnerships on-site and actively network.
