Your Tasks

• You build strategic B2B partnerships along the smart metering value chain and develop new growth levers together with partners.

• You identify new partners with high potential, develop suitable cooperation models, create business cases, and assess market opportunities as well as commercial potentials for sustainable growth.

• You manage complex, cross-functional projects – from technical integrations and partner onboarding to go-live planning – and ensure seamless implementation.

• You develop go-to-market strategies together with partners, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive the expansion of scalable partnerships.

• You assess market opportunities and commercial potentials, develop cooperation models and business cases, and create robust forecasts with your partners.

• You work closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and other departments, bringing together technical, operational, and commercial requirements, and continuously optimizing processes.

Your Profile

• 2 + years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Venture Development, Key Account Management, or in the development of complex B2B cooperations – ideally in the energy industry.

• A good understanding of digital products, platform models, and technical integrations, as well as the ability to translate technical, operational, and commercial requirements into viable solutions.

• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects, as well as in creating business cases, forecasts, and commercial assessments.

• A structured, independent way of working combined with a high degree of implementation and results orientation, as well as strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a confident demeanor with internal and external decision-makers, and the ability to structure and prioritize complex requirements.

• Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment in identifying new market opportunities and transforming them into scalable partnerships.

• Fluent German and very good English skills.
