Do you love successfully bringing new products to market and managing complex marketing projects? Then become our Senior Marketing Project Manager (m/f/d) and take responsibility for successful launches and the further development of our go-to-market strategy.

• Management of our Marketing Project Portfolio: You plan, prioritize, and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously – from product and vertical launches, campaigns, and trade fair appearances to strategic C-level special projects. You coordinate all stakeholders, keep an eye on timelines, and ensure successful implementation.

• Project Management of Launches & Campaigns: You take end-to-end responsibility for our most important marketing projects – from the initial idea through briefings and production coordination to successful go-live and optimization. Together with our experts from Performance Marketing, CRM, Creative, and other teams, you ensure that projects are implemented on time and with the highest quality.

• Marketing Concepts & Decision-Making Foundations: You translate strategic ideas into concrete project plans and develop convincing marketing concepts, pitch decks, decision papers, and briefings. This creates the basis for well-founded decisions and smooth project implementation.

• Management of External Partners: You coordinate our agencies and service providers, formulate precise briefings, manage feedback processes, and ensure that all external services are optimally aligned with our internal teams.

• Optimization of our Marketing Processes: You continuously develop our project and launch processes further. Through standardized templates, playbooks, and efficient workflows, you ensure that marketing projects are implemented faster, more structured, and with consistently high quality.

• Proven Experience in Marketing Project Management: You have already independently managed complex marketing projects, campaigns, or product launches and can provide concrete successes with measurable results.

• Strong Project Management Competence: You know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously, structure complex endeavors into clear work packages, and successfully coordinate diverse stakeholders. You are proficient in using classic and agile project management methods.

• Several Years of Marketing Experience: You have at least five years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the D2C or E-commerce environment. You are well-versed in the interplay of Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, and Conversion, and you understand how successful marketing projects are implemented across channels.

• Strong Communication Skills & Strategic Thinking: You present complex topics in an understandable way, formulate convincing briefings and decision memos, and communicate confidently with internal teams, agencies, and management.

• Hands-on Mentality & Self-Responsibility: You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and successfully bring projects to completion with a high standard of quality. You maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Ideally Experience in the Startup or HealthTech Environment: Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups, as well as knowledge of regulated markets like HealthTech or Telemedicine, are a plus. Initial exposure to tools like Figma or Adobe, along with a good eye for design, completes your profile.
