Senior Manager/Manager, Partner Growth Strategy

Job Description The Partner Growth Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end strategy for vendor growth, focusing primarily on growth in advertising revenue. This role involves setting priorities across various growth levers, forecasting and planning for key commercial KPIs, and implementing a Partner ROI model that accounts for regional and country-specific factors. Main Responsibilities: Vendor Growth Direction: Lead the strategy for vendor growth with a focus on advertising revenue. Develop and execute plans to drive growth through partnerships, leveraging data insights and market trends. Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth across various levers such as new business development, account management, and strategic partnerships. Forecast and plan for key commercial KPIs including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Implement a Partner ROI model that accounts for regional and country-specific factors to measure the effectiveness of partner strategies. Monitor and report on progress against goals, making adjustments as needed. Key Performance Indicators: Revenue growth from advertising partners, Customer acquisition and retention rates, Return on Investment (ROI) for partner strategies. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience working in the advertising industry or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as Google Analytics or HubSpot are a plus.
