Senior Engineer - Mechanical

Description As a senior member of the engineering consultancy design team, this role involves leading HVAC design projects, ensuring technical excellence, and coordinating closely with WSP India and Hong Kong teams. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and delivering high-quality, compliant designs. Responsibilities TPrepare feasibility study reports in the agreed format and review with the Team Leader (TL). Collaborate with WSP India team to develop design specifications aligned with project requirements. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and present design reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards. Coordinate with WSP India team to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets. Provide technical expertise to support the development of new business opportunities. Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
