Job Description Senior Electrical and Automation Project Manager - 339 Campo Grande – Rio de Janeiro (West Zone) Employment regime - CLT Presential mode Commercial hours Activities: Monitor and supervise projects of machine installations, transportation systems, industrial utility networks, and machine infrastructure. Ensure the execution and delivery of projects according to schedule, deadlines, costs, quality standards, and safety. Coordinate installation teams (outsourced), including planning, monitoring, and controlling project progress. Analyze and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during project implementation. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Participate in the development of new projects and proposals. Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring budgetary discipline. Coordinate and participate in meetings, workshops, and other activities related to project management. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and processes. Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality, safety, and environmental policies. Participate in the development of new technologies and innovations. Monitor and control project risks, ensuring mitigation and minimization. Coordinate and participate in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's organizational structure and processes. Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and regulations.
